The license plate LEDs are awesome, definately get some. Before and after is like an outdated look to modern look, definately will never go back.

Also anyone not willing to spend $50 on reverse lights you can get the 27 LED ones here:
http://www.v-leds.com/Shop/Control/P...id/0/SFV/32481

My friend (ifirahse) and I did a comparison of the 36 vs the old 27s and the difference was negligable. Seriously we had 1 of each installed and could barely tell the difference. Anyways hopefully the high power 14s are a more noticable improvement.

I was over at my buddy ifirahse's house tonight and we checked the 27 vs 36 vs the new 14 high powers. Difference is slight but the 14 is definately the brightest. I would say it is not bright enough to justify upgrading from the 36, maybe from the 27. They are nice though I am happy with them.

I don't mean to argue, but I saved $7.50 on a $50 order. Unless my math is wrong, that equals 15%. I guess if you are looking for LEDs, place your order and input the code. Your mileage may vary!

Was your $200 order before shipping or after shipping? You may have gotten 15% if your LED order was less than $200 then the shipping brought it up to $200??...just a stab in the dark...lol

Could somebody list the models of LED suitable for 07 TL-S?

Also, do you need any thing else? Or is it just replacing regular light bulbs with LEDs?

How are the license plate LEDs holding up from these guys? I had purchased a set of the regular 4LED bulbs from them and they burnt out after 2 months ( ppl said ti was due to the opening/closing of trunk). I was going to upgrade to CCF but I'm lazy... so if someone can confirm that the LP LEDs are holding up for a lOOoooOong time... i'll get those.

my experience with LEDS has been pretty bad so far. they always burnout faster than standard bulbs. i'm not sure if it is the brands i have gone with but i really am having a tough time believing in this technology.

anyone else had simliar experience?

I just posted above but alot of people have problem with the trunk LEDS burning out possibly due to the slamming of the trunk constantly... My interior LEDs are still running strong after 5 months, no problems...but trunk LEds went out fairly quickly.

Which LEDs are burning out? Where did you buy them from?

I've had my interior LEDs for 2 years, and my switchbacks, license plate and reverse LEDs for 6+ months.

^^^^ Unfortunately, my experience with LEDs is limited---check back in abt 6mos for an update.
My issue is I went for 12LED domes in blue and I'm still not quite sure as to the "riciness" of blue LEDs. Regardless, I did order the LED backup lights from V-LED, since I can't see anything with the stock bulbs.
I also have heard about reliability issues in the trunk lights and I am considering white CCFLs for that area. Again, the stock light just doesn't cut it as far as brightness. I figure mounting the CCFLs off of the lid (under where the rear windshield meets the car) will eliminate the trunk "slamming" problem.
