They are actually from a 1/24 Scale Cadillac CTS, but the measurement seems pretty close!

The one I bought was labelled as "20 TIS", TIS being a rim maker. They also had ones labelled "Lexani" there.
Other places to look would be toy stores like Kaybee or Toys-r-us. I think I saw ones labelled "Fast and the Furious" and "Import Tuner" amongst others.
The wheels are not pop off and on for this one. They were glued to a metal bar. I just twisted the tires back and forth in opposite directions to get them off. Might be different for different models though.
Hopefully it will not be too hard to put on the TL!

Not really, I am in NY on the East Cost. Most of the orders were from West cost guys and with the insurance I was 15.00 a car. 10.90 with out the insurance, and my 4 pounds number was pushing it as they are more like 4.5.
Its ok dont worry about it just enjoy them and help me move these last 30

First I must say there some of these don't look the best because I took half of them with the wrong white balance setting on my camera. Dave, feel free to use these in auctions or houwever you wish. Enjoy the 1.6 megs of pics!
Things to note:

- tires turn, but not fully
- nagivation screen has map on it
- 'real life' creases in the seats
