It looks so... boring! But, notice the iDrive-style joystick on the dash.
One thing's for sure: this thing is going to sell like hotcakes.

Acura uses Pioneer for the TSX, ELS (and Panasonic for the TL) and Bose for the RL, not sure what is used in the RSX/MDX/NSX

Does anyone else think the TL's center console looks better?
I think the RL's looks wierd with that huge knob in the middle. Looks like a video game.
The gauges look great as well. I like the TSX's gauges over all though.
The body styling looks nice. The front end is much better than the back end. The backend looks like it was inspired by the Accord Coupe of today.

Doesn't that kind of look like the Accord's butt? I agree with the original poster; I think it looks a little boring.. but then again the RL is geared towards a different market.

I agree, the TL's center console looks better. I don't like how RL console slants down the middle. I wish the TL's had that leather :banghead:
Overall the car is worth trading for in a couple of years....thats if the TL's don't come in AWD.....

I like it! Styling is conservative but the car has an agressive stance. It's not easy to make a car look classy, yet a little mean. I hope it has the power to match. Interior looks incredibly comfortable.
It's a huge improvement over the current RL!

I like it. At first looking at the thumbnails I thought it looked like a Camry but once I clicked to see the bigger picture, it looked much better. Now the more I look at it, the better looking it gets. I guess that's because I'm getting older by the minute.
I am sure they will change it around a bit before we get the final production model, just like they did with the TL. Although we never saw brochure type pictures of the TL, just the concept pictures. I think this new RL is better looking than all the other luxury sedans. It will look even better in person. I don't think I've ever seen a Acura that has looked as good in pictures as in real life, except the NSX ofcourse.
Anyway, I really like it. I will eventually get this car in our garage. Maybe in a couple of years I'll get my fiance (wife in a couple of months) to trade in her TL-S. I know I will be too much upside down to trade in the '04 TL. Atleast she'll have a better car than me again, which should make her happy.

My 2 cents:
I generally like it , but don't care for the front end. I agree that it looks like some kind of Camry/Accord mix. I like the TL front end better.
On the center console, I think the TL is much nicer.
The powertrain is what I like (though it probably should have more horses/tourque) as well as a more plush interior.

I do like the TL's center console a bit better .....
What's with the big knob?
Exterior styling looks pretty nice, but I can see the Camry reference.
Definitely looks like a step in the right direction!
