When in "top speed mode", the Veyron reduces it's Cd to .36 by lowering the rear wing and ride height. In the normal mode with .41 Cd, it is drag limited to around 230MPH (with 1000hp....). It is said that it takes about 500HP for the Veyron to overcome wind resistance at 185mph in top speed mode. That's alot more than the 260 that someone above made up.
