im having the hardest time choosing, between 20% and 35% heres what im debating over with pros and cons

35% PRO's:
- Easier to see out the windows at night

35% CON's:
- Not Dark Enough (people can still see)

20% PRO's:
- Looks nicer than 35% tint

20% CON's:
- Hard To See Out of At Night

i have an 04 SSM TL and im just scared that if i get the 20% which in my opinion looks better on the SSM TL, that i won't be able to see well at night out of the mirrors (im getting all 5 windows tinted). but then again the 35% isn't TERRIBLE and its easier to see out of but im not sure...ive searched and ive seen some pics of things im not sure what to get.

 

30 % Titanium > * On SSM cars, well except for 18% but thats to dark.

I live my 30%. Slighlty darker than 35 and in certain lights it has a nice silver tint to it. Never got hassled from the cops either.

 

im not worried about the cops..im more worried about my safety and it looking good on the car...mclaren you got any pics?

as young as you are, go for 15% all the way but be careful what state you're in it maybe illegal to place tint in front

 

it is illegal but im doing it anyways cause id hate to have my car look like an SUV cops aren't that bad if worse comes to worse ill just a pay a fine....

 

just make sure ur dad dosnt get mad at u for getting pulled over. Tinting is illegal in jersey but u can get away with 35%

 

get 35% titanium or 30% if available, and then get the windshield tinted with 50%.

i've had 35% all around for a lil bit and then got the windshield tinted recently with 50% titanium. looks hella better and darker since im restricting the light coming through the windshield.

 

I got 32%, I had 22% on the Tahoe and I got hassled by the CPD. Factory windows already have a little tint I have heard, like 70%?

 

i vote 20%

 

IMHO 20 % and 5 % looks ghetto on the car and kills the classiness of the car (unless its a limo) ... again this is my own personal preference but other people do have these tints and like it so it come downs to what you like...

 

I voted 35%. I like to be able to see into the other guys car. lol

 

i have and voted 35% and i have SSM. the ebony interior makes it a little darker too. IMO, tint that's too dark don't look right on light colored cars

 

35 on the 4 sides and 5% in the back. you can still see headlights and such out back and blocking the light coming from the back makes it harder for people to see in but still easy to see out.
