They look like security lug nuts that needs an unique key to fit over grooves on the lugs to remove. Hopefully, the original owner "might" left the key somewhere in the RLX (glove box, center console, trunk).

Those are called spline lugnuts. I have them on both my cars. There's a tool for them that most parts stores carry.

You can also hammer a 12 point deep socket onto them to get them off. I think 19mm is the size you want for that but can't remember for sure.

thanks i tried with my toyota genuine lug nut key it doesnt fit its too big. How good are these lug nuts, should i replace them with original genuine one? i have genuine alloy wheels and i dont trust them much i also have already damaged 2 wheel lug nuts are missings and i am also missing bolt wheel where lug nut sits.

You might need to double-check the spline lug nuts to see if they are Acura/Honda rounded/spherical/ball or aftermarket tapered/conical/acorn on your RLX? Acura/Honda OEM rims use ball lug nuts and you can't use aftermarket conical/acorn lugs (or lug locks lugs). I have to keep a set of OEM ball lugs for my OEM donut spare tire with my aftermarket rims that have tapered/conical lugs.

I would definitely replace them with something that you have the key for.. the minute you need to remove these and then put them back on, you'll wish you had the key or appropriate tool for removal/re-installation. Future you will thank present you.

Look up 12x1.5 bulge acorn lugs.

I see a lot of websites & products saying not to use the spline lugs on OEM wheels but I've never had an issue doing so.

i dont want to have issues with my alloy wheels, and to struggle, when i need to change tyre or when i need to go to tyre shop...
no body in europe have tools for these,
also original lug nuts are made in japan these are china and not sure about quality.
