I can't seem to duplicate what you are doing GK, as I am generally hugging 30 mpg per tank (+/-) .3 mpg in everyday driving which is about 50-50 highway/locals. Some individual trips I am seeing mid 40's but that depends a lot on the topography. I think that the specific roads and traffic conditions you are dealing with are contributing to your exemplary mileage, as well as a little driver technique I must compliment.

I am certain that your driving style-capabilities have a lot to with this also, like RLX-Sport Hybrid said.

I hate you!

Just kidding... well done George and well done Acura. Very impressive for a 4400 pound car that has a healthy helping of get-up-and-go.

I average about 29 mpg give or take for a daily commute of 98 miles which is like 2-3 hrs everyday . which is mostly on highway with peak hours traffic. I am impressed how well RLX can do in terms of MPG!!!! Well engineered car... Cant stop admiring it everyday...

Another 350 miles over 33 mpg.

I don't know why, really. I'm watching it but I swear I don't think I'm doing anything different.

And in NoVA/DC merging situations, the pedals to the floor maybe 2-3 times/week.

I can confirm that mileage. i love this about this car. It has a dual personality. You can be frugal or flamboyant!!

freeway 60% and rest city

20% freeway and rest city with AC on

What kills mileage is short trips...and I have been seeing a slight drop now with the AC running all the time. It sucks the batteries dry...

geez...how do I resize images?

When I head south from me (30+ miles), I can duplicate your mpg GK but it is more downhill than uphill. However when I head back I rarely get more than 29 mpg.
