I somehow scuffed up two spots on the back of my passenger seat panel trim, probably from helping someone move. I first thought it was a stain, but soap and water with a microfiber cloth didn’t really do much. Any tips on how I can fix or at least improve the look of it? I’d prefer not to spend around $150 for a replacement, but it’s bothering me.
armor all is trash product, it will ruin your interior, please don't use it. Just get a quality interior cleaner like https://www.griotsgarage.com/interior-detailer/
and a microfiber cloth

x2, do not use armor all on your interior if you want it to last.
I use Optimum No Rinse and a microfiber on the interior. Dilute it to 128:1 or 256:1 with water.

If it is terribly bothersome, one way to adequately 'cover' that abraded plastic is to spray it & the rest of the panel with an aerosol like the one shown below.

Not sure I'm comfortable going down the path of spraying the entire back panel but thanks for the suggestion.
Magic Erasers are actually a very fine abrasive. With a light tan vinyl I have had success removing spots using the magic eraser in conjunction with Meguiars Vinyl/Plastic Cleaner/Conditioner. Just don't rub too hard.
