Plastic window columns paint swirls

Anyone have this problem, or know a solution. I have the RDX 2020. The exterior black panels, next to side windows, shows swirls once they've been rubbed with drying cloth. Impossible to get rid of, so far. It's a glossy plastic I guess, that just makes swirls permanent.

I know what you mean brotha.

But I used a mcguires polish and then wax it. And the swirl marks are back to minimal.

Avoidance is the best practice, but... I use wax that contains some carnauba vs. a pure synthetic. The carnauba temporarily fills the micro scratches. ICE spray wax is surprisingly effective and easy. Also, I NEVER let the dealership wash my car. The lot attendant will have absolutely no concern for protecting the finish. If you let them wash the car, just accept the swirls and scratches that will await you on the next sunny day.
