Recently noticed a pretty loud clicking noise which sounds like it's coming from the fuse relay area right by the battery. Happens while driving but also while engine off and in ACC/On mode with AC off as well.

Took it to the dealer but they said this is normal and the relays firing. It's not normal, as it just started happening and is quite loud.

Another video, more clicking sound, from the interior. Engine off, sounds like coming from the battery or right next to it.

 

Happens when car is running and not running (acc mode). Happens with AC off and lights off too.

Took it to autozone and battery cart showed alternator and battery ok but said battery charge was low. Maybe alternator?

2020 RDX with original battery. No other problems. Starts fine, runs fine, just clicking/ticking sound. 41k miles.
