So my acc fuse was blown which I replaced underneath the diash fuse panel, as soon as I turned on my radio I get this weird electrical chirp noise every couple of seconds. When I touch the volume control knob on the stereo u can hear the electrical noise more clearly every time the volume knob is turned. It seems like the noise is coming out only from the passenger front door speaker. This is so weird. Does anyone have any advice, any help would be appreciated thank you. Here's a video of the noise-
