Correct video bank 1, o2 sensor 1 replacement??

very confusing reading/watching multiple conflicting info on the site about which o2 sensor is bank 1 sensor 1 on my 05 TL after showing a P2243 code. Is it passenger side by front bumper or passenger side by firewall? Links??

bank 1 is the rear head near firewall.
bank 2 is the front head near radiator.

sensor 1 is the top sensor.
sensor 2 is the bottom sensor...

for the code; it's indicating rear head top sensor

Firewall
1 2 3
4 5 6
radiator

(diagram of cylinder order. Bank 1 will always be Cylinder 1)

not sure what you mean by link...

to remove,
disconnect harness clips
you need a 22mm wrench ( i believe) to unistall 02 sensor from cat

i mean...i can kinda give you a summary...

- remove strut bar and anything else that gets in your way of the rear head.
- disconnect wire harness for top sensor.
- 22mm wrench to remove sensor from cat.
- reverse directions to install

Well the Chief auto dude said o2 sensor on right was the correct part, but they sure don't look the same. Made him go through everything in Acurazine even and double check on part for P2243 code it threw. Installed it anyway and so far 15 min of running and CEL light stayed off so I'll wait for engine to cool down and put everything back on then. Hope it's a win for DIY on our 05 TL with 115k miles!
