Post How to fix the dash and sunroof rattles

I thought I'd share what I found to be the source of the dashboard and sunroof rattles, at least with my car. It's my first time doing this type of video (I'm used to pictures) so forgive me at my first attempt. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks and I hope this helps you or gets you looking in the right direction.

Nice post and videos. I removed my wind deflector a while ago as I had found that to be the source of my rattle as well. I have dealt with several dash rattles unfortunately. The A-pillar hitting the dash was one of them, surprisingly only on the driver' side - doing the fix on the passenger side as well made the rattle worse for whatever reason. A small sheet of felt works well and tucks into that space easier. The rattle I have now sounds like hard plastic rattling badly against another hard object. It's incredibly irritating and I don't know if I can deal with this one for much longer. I'll have the dealer take a look when it goes in for the LCA TSB because I fear it's going to be a "dash out" service.

I have used felt before, for me the felt is for plastic on plastic and in tight seams. The felt will not work for what I have shown. The gaps are to big..
Thanks for posting.
