Video of my 2012 SH-AWD Tech's passenger rattle. Or is it more of a buzz or vibration? Is this what everyone else is experiencing when they talk about this particular rattle? It seems like it isn't totally bump or shock dependent. A bump in the pavement will get it buzzing/rattling/vibrating, then it will keep on going just with the normal vibration of traveling at speed at 20+ mph. The rattle will change in frequency to coincide with bumps, etc. It is driving me up the freaking wall. Have already had the moonroof TSB done. Any other ideas?

 

Seems reproducible. Take it to dealer. Also, see if it makes sound when someone is using it.

 

UPDATE: Service Tech found the problem. The seatbelt tensioner was vibrating against the B-Pillar frame metal. Little bit of foam tape fixed it up.

 

Wow - guess I'm deaf cause I don't hear anything in either video!

 

Did the rattle come back? I am going crazy with this rattle!
