Instructions for disassembling the center console to modify inputs?
I plan to swap the functionality of the two USB ports in the center console because I despise the placement of the media-connected port being next to the cup holders. I may even try USB 3.0 ports if they are supported.
Does anyone have or know of where to find the instructions for disassembling the center console? I don't even know where to begin removing panels.

Pay for a subscription to techinfo.honda.com and you will have everything you need
I found a way to access most of the extra stuff the higher subscription Service Information Service offers if you pay for the lower ServiceExpress, let’s just say their site is not very secure lol. I took a wild guess at something and was able to access all the dealer level learnings and specific part lookup by vin

When I disassembled it, I went to an Acura parts site and looked for the console "blow-up" picture...where it shows all the individual parts and numbers. This gives you an idea of how it's put together and can be taken apart. Here's a good example:
It's pretty small, but if you poke around other sites you might be able to find a better example. If I remember correctly, once you pop the side panels off you can see/touch the wires. That might be all you need to do. You'll then need an extension cable from the first USB to the second if you're wanting to swap them. Of note, you'll need to remove one of the seats (if only removing a console side panel). If you wind up taking the whole console apart, it'd be much easier if you remove both seats. It's really easy to do...just have to be careful taking them out of the car - I actually scratched a body panel when I was moving the driver's seat :-(
