RDX Update?

RDX Update?
I received a notification on my RDX that there was an Update on 9/1/2019. It reported on the screen that it would take about 20 minutes. After the update (over WiFi) the only thing that I noticed was that all of my favorites were gone. I tried to re-enter them, but there was an error message that indicated that the favorite already existed, though other than the Home, nothing showing.
I had high hopes that Android Auto was installed, but I can’t see anything.
So far I have not been able to tell that anything was changed other than the favorites were missing. I called the dealership for information and they were of no help.
My RDX was built 4/2019.
This is the first update that I’m aware of.
Has anyone else gotten this update?

my car has had no such recent notice about a new update or when prompt.
I'm in the USA & the version last sent out was from Feb 19 called D.1.1.2.
There was one other in Dec 2018

Find the Update
Mark,
Connect up your RDX to your phone to the WiFi, or directly to your home WiFi. Select Home and "Updates" in the lower right corner. Select WiFi and it should find it.
There is another (long) thread on the 1.1.4 update, and from what I can tell, there were only two minor fixes in the update (correct clock off an hour and something of a Graphics update. The difference between the 1.1.2 and 1.1.4 updates is apparently only these two fixes.
Hope this helps.
I think that this is the other thread:

Weird, I checked my car the past 2 days and it tells me there are no updates for my car. I will try using a different channel in my WiFi and see if I can get the update.

I had the same problem. I followed advise on this forum and downloaded favorites one by one from AcuraLink on my phone. I had to find each of them on AcuraLink map and download one by one to my car. After that I clicked and held each one in "Downloaded" section (Navigation display) and selected "Add to Favorites". Now I have my favorites in main navigation screen, in "Downloaded" folder and on my phone in AcuraLink map favorites (backup).

Mine was doing that when I tried to add favorites from "Recent" but allowed them to be added from "Downloaded", possibly because it was initially empty. Somebody recommended removing fuse. There is service bulletin on this. I will post it when I see it again.

I tried the “three finger salute” to reset the system 4 times and the favorites didn’t come back.
And as mentioned before, you can’t re-enter them because the system says they already exist.
Unless the AcuraLink automatically downloads them, I don’t have a backup.
