Navigation changed to KM by itself, has this happened to you?

Hi folks,

‘My wife and I drove to an area we’re not familiar with and used the nav. On the way there, the system couldn’t find the address and I had to use my phone, but that’s a story for another time.

When we were preparing to drive home, I selected find then home. When I saw home, it seemed like a pretty high number until I realized it was in KM. Checking the settings, it was set for miles.

Nav stayed in KM all the way home which, if you’re not used to it, is s PITA. After I got home, I turned the car off, and after restarting, the units were back to miles.

Has this happened to you? If so, is there a fix? Or do I have to put up with yet another glitchy electronic system with this car?

Thanks.

Never happened to me.

Just multiply km by .62 and you get miles.

Easy Peasy.

Try scrolling on the steering wheel for the display in the middle of the gauges. Use the click wheel to scroll to the speed/units page and push the wheel in to select to change the units to MPH. Maybe that should work.
