Reverse tilt door mirrors

I noticed that when I reverse, only one side tilts downward (either left or right, but not both). Is there a way to activate both mirrors? Thanks in advance

As far as I know, only one, the one you have selected, will tilt.

One mirror tilts downwards for safety. This is evident when parallel parking which one mirror can be used to watch the curb and the other mirror should be on the road.

I don't really find them very useful, even backing out of the garage or a parking space. I leave the switch in the null position. The rear camera is all I need.

I think the only time I've used them is while parking or backing up by a curb so I don't hit the curb with the tire, which seems exactly what they're for. In which case, one or the other is all you need. Not both.

Considering my RDX got curb rash a couple weeks after I bought it , I now find the tilting mirrors extremely useful.
