Check your manual. For the 2019, the letters and numbers tells which service is due. The digits only appear after the oil life has dropped below a certain %, so that may explain why you didn't see it before.

That's what it is according to the manual. You'll probably have to take it in to the dealer to find out why it's asking you to replace it so soon.

first rear diff change is around 15k, so it makes sense it reports it, you will be close to that when its time for next service

Canadian models uses A & 0 instead of A & B

As for rear diff fluid, according to the service manual, it does recommend every other year after the first.

Can someone explain the third item in this chart (add injector cleaner every year).
Maybe it's just for Canadian models but I've never seen that recommended service before .

The above schedule seems to be one of these scheduled created by dealer, not by factory. It also says to replace fuel filter at 140km, this is the first time I am seeing this as a requirement for Acura.

I also find it weird as it’s not mentioned in the owner’s manual and I can’t find anything related to this item within the service manual outside of the chart. Maybe a relic from a time before DI engine?

It’s taken directly from the service manual hosted by Honda.

Yes this is weird, someone posted a very similar chart on the Honda CRV forum and that chart seems to specify that the injector cleaner service is for their DI engines.
It would be nice though to see what notes 2 & 3 say.

Maybe just run a bottle of techron every oil change?
Any decent gasoline should have additives to clean, maybe they do it as a prevention not knowing if people get quality gas in Canada?
In US all gas has to have some minimum required additives.
