Power requirements are the exact same as stock, 21watts, and who cares how much power they take really as long as they don’t damage anything 😂 LEDs are just more efficient and therefor brighter

I thought these LED's use less power, and they raise it to "21 watts" because they added a resistor to the circuit to make it 21 watts. I could be wrong though.

Very possible, overall the car will see 21watts I would imagine

Not likely they are actually dissipating 21 watts, even on the bright setting. This is a bit of specmanship LED bulb manufacturers love to use to draw attention to their product. If you took the maximum continuous rated power of each individual LED, added this up over the total number of LEDs, it is probably 22W. Truthfully there is no way each LED is being driven that hard as they would need many times more heat sinking than the small amount available on the bulb. If you apply 12V to the bulb and measure the current, it would likely be 0.5 - 0.6A which would give 6 - 7 watts.
