Leather Seat Puckering
We just took delivery of our RDX Platinum Elite a week ago and noticed the passenger seat (where your ass goes) was puckered up. It was not a smooth surface. I know leather will stretch over time but it shouldn't be installed with stretch marks. I guess the seat leather is not sewn in by a Robot. In any case, they are going to replace the seat. Things like that should either be caught by QC or very very rare in occurrence. If there are others that have experienced this I am hopeful for a job at Acura in QC department.

Laws of physics apply
The material in the front seats must stretch to allow the bolster, lumbar, & thigh support adjustments to function.
It seems unrealistic to expect it to snap back to a retracted position immediately.

I agree that It is unrealistic for Leather that is stretched under external forces on an ongoing basis to "snap back" immediately. The point is that the passenger seat was like that before anyone sat in it and it will only get stretched out more over time.

I have a 2020 A-Spec and the alcantara on the front passenger seat is already puckered. 140 km on the odo. Took it to a dealer and they said wait to see if it flattens out...If not, they can replace.
