Leaky Trunk - Any Ideas?

I’ve had this problem since I bought the car in 2020, but it’s taken me along time to diagnose. I have a leak in the rear right (starboard) trunk area, in that little nook behind the wheel well. I’ve had it in the shop twice to fix it and they keep telling me they’re blowing out the drains or whatever but it keeps happening. The leak is actually coming from the grate right above that nook. I have no idea where the water could be coming in. Anyone have any ideas?

Not when you pull off the rear taillight assembly on both sides. The grommets that hold it in are the seals.

@Texasrdx21 @russianDude is it possible that there is a difference in model years and you’re both right?

Mine is 2020. I guess I can pull mine off this weekend and find out.
