Insert for front cup holder

Has anyone found a good cup holder insert for the front console. The last Acura TL we had used little flappers that would keep most cups snug in the holder. I have tried a couple aftermarket but nothing so far works for us. Right now I have a small microfiber cloth that covers both holes and then pushes down with the cup and keeps cup tight and quiet.

I bought the rubber cup holder inserts from weathertech...the price includes two. The inserts fit the front cup holder perfect but the rear cup holder is too large for an insert.

I also use the WeatherTech Car Coasters.
I had no problem using both in the cupholders in the center console.

Did you mean that the cupholders in the rear seat are too large or is the rear cupholder in the center console actually a different size in the Canadian models?

Anyone have pictures of the WeatherTech coasters in the cupholders in the center console?

Kinda surprised to see the cup holders don't have any springs or knobs to help hold the cup in place....especially near an electronic shifter....

I personally just put a single microfiber cloth in that area... will take a picture later. Holds all cups perfectly, and also keeps moisture & messes on the cloth instead of the cup area.

Ya real shame . Acura doesn't seem to give these thoughts. Look at Volvo's xc40 bottle holder. Even Mazda has flops on their cup holders.

You'd think they would engineer better holding cup holders in a "sporty" suv.

In fairness this has been going out of cars for the past 5-6 years but I personally do appreciate a ton of small storage areas around the cabin. The first generation RDX had these amazing little bins in the door arm rest that had an opening and closing lid. They were perfect for cellphones, coins...etc.

Plus one for the WeatherTech cup holders. Even though they are round, they fit snugly and really look like they are made for the RDX. I have them in the rear seat arm rest cup holders as well. They do great and keep your cups from knocking around in the holders. Highly recommended!

The next time I'm in the area, I am going to try to visit their Canadian factory store and pick up a set of these.
