First time posting here. My 2022 was just ordered this week at the dealership. Paying sticker but can't do much better than that in my neck of the woods. Does anyone have a contact with the plant that can give build dates? When I ordered my Camaro SS back in 2002, someone in the Camaro forum had a direct contact with the factory and was able to tell me when my order was in their system and when it was actually built.
just curious. Getting white with red interior....unless my dealer receives a PMC, when I might jump ship for that.
Got my Advance A-Spec on Christmas Eve, paid sticker. they offered me the PMC (they had two) price aside the color is stunning, the interior (for me in that color ) was a show stopper.
I got liquid carbon with black interior. So far, so good, love the ride.
Good luck on delivery, because when I had "ordered" one to be built in December, I was told it was moved to February.

You should be provided a build date by the salesperson if they have an actual allocation. If they cant provide that to you then they have not ordered one for you yet. They could be hoping to swap with a dealer for one or waiting on an allocation to have the order created in the future.

I ordered an RDX Advance the first part of November and last I heard, the build date is 2/5-2/9. I wonder if my build date will change and why your build date was originally earlier than mine since you didn’t order until December. Maybe your dealer already had one ordered. Or maybe mine didn’t really get ordered until later. Also, my dealer is not large. I ordered a Platinum White Pearl exterior.

I am a long time Acura buyer. Just bought a '22 A-Spec/Adv and really like it. It's my wife's daily. I have a TLX Type S on order. The build date IS avail. from your
dealer. They get frequent updates. Mine has moved 3 times so far...AHEAD....LOL..of course! But, here's the issue, as with many manufacturers. Acura just had
a "meeting" with all dealers last week. My dealer has not been able to order ANY Acura model in Dec. or Jan. They were told Acura is 2 mos. behind. Acura said,
"they will build the ordered..sold...vehicles, but, there's that delay. So, the lot is empty...nothing to sell for a walk in buyer. They are finding it hard to keep all the
employees with very little cash flow happening for so long. Tough car buying world now. I expect my Type S will get delayed again....but, for now it's last couple
of days in Feb. to Mar 3. It was at one time first week of Feb.

Dealers get updates OFTEN on build dates...so check on it once a week. My TLX Type S....just move ahead for the 4th TIME! Was 1st wk of Feb, now mid APRIL!!!
Don't be shocked IF yours moves again...and maybe again..! Bad times now. Acura had a "dealers meeting" and said they were 2 mos. behind...at least...but, will make
all the "sold pre ordered veh." as soon as they can.
I totally lucked into taking delivery of my 2022 RDX A-Spec™️ Advance. My dealer showed a 2022 RDX in Lunar Silver with black interior in transit with an ETA of 11/24/21. I called up and spoke to the salesperson to put down a deposit, but he said I would need to speak with the sales manager to put down a deposit on a vehicle that was “in transit”. I called the next day and the sales manager told me that another buyer a week earlier had already put down a deposit on this vehicle, and that the sales person messed up on the availability. Needless to say, I was perturbed, and he told me the next one would be in some time at the end of December. About a week later the dealer called me up and told me the original buyer of the RDX decided to go with the PMC edition, making the RDX available. It arrived on the truck on 11/23/21 and it was in my garage on 11/24/21. Paid MSRP but who isn’t these days. Pretty cool turn of events. Fresh off the transport truck! Love the front fascia. Certainly no doubt this RDX is fresh off the production line.
