Well, it was one car + a while ago when it happened to me, but the dealer took care of the repair, which I assume was just a warranty deal because the car was still under warranty. I am not sure about any related service bulletin, because it was never a question for me that I would have to pay for it.

I would guess if yours is a 2019 like mine was, the warranty is a thing of the past. That sucks, and it's clearly not caused by anything you might have done.
