TPMS error.

I had a flat on my 15 MDX, was on the spare for 3 days. Had all 4 tires replaced and now one of my sensor showing 20 PSI and the rest are at 35. Any idea if this will get reset? Thank you.

It may not reset. Sensor could be bad or was damaged during the tire replacement. Might want to have it checked out.

Did the tire shop rebuild the sensors? My guess its a bad battery. The tire sensors need to be what they call rebuilt, which in essence is new batteries each time you replace tires.

Any chance the spare was full size with tpms and the MDX is reading that? That happened on the 2G forum and they just needed to rotate the spare tire tpms under the MDX away from wheel well.

I got new tires recently and they said they have to replace the sensors when you replace the tires. While driving home, I noticed that each tire had 38 or 39 psi. Wondered why they filled them that high. When home, I went to relive some pressure, but when hooking up to my inflator gauge, it showed 34/35.. All 4 new sensors that much off?

The spare is a donut with no sensor. It threw all the codes off when using it because it showed 0 PSI.

What are the actual pressures in each tire?

Nope. These sensors can't be "rebuilt". It is also unlikely that a bad battery would read low. A bad battery shows an error.

Horsemanure. Sensors/batteries last about 10 years. The tire shop lied to you. Who knows what they used.
