Difficult color choice

Having a difficult time deciding between crystal blac, modern steel and white. I get the darker colors showing dirt a lot easier, but not too concerned since I will keep it clean on a regular basis. On the white, I don't like seeing the black trim on the lower body.

Go with white and put on the running boards and roof rails. They will contrast well with the back trim.

Or get White Sports Hybrid. It's all white from top to bottom.

We bought a white/black 2018 SH-AWD Tech. It is our first white car and couldn't be happier. Black was not going to happen (my first car was a 77 triple black Cutlass and that car only looked good for a bout 20 mins after I finished washing it!) and we already have a 2013 RDX in Graphite Luster Metallic, so it had to be different. I liked the red, but it was only available with the advance package. It is really my wife's car and she has wanted a white one for a long time, so she got the final vote. I think the white/black is a really nice combo, and have no regrets. We usually decide on the interior color we want (usually black, sometimes gray), then pick the exterior, so with Honda/Acura, that usually means black, white, silver, gray exterior. IMHO, I don't like the silver on the MDX, I don't think that color does anything for that car's lines. If I was buying for me, and it was available on the tech model, red would have been the choice. Good luck!

I had white 14’ and traded it in for black 17’ advanced. I am ocd with washing. For one its always dirty. Second, the clear coat seems to scratch easy. I had a ton on microscratches on it after one year of ownership and thought i was careful when washing. Appearently not. I had to do a full paint corrections on it. Get white!!

Black on Black

I went with Black/Black and I had it Ceramic Coated right after purchased.
I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Its an investment sure...but I personally think it’s worth it.
I now wash the car using Meguiars and a foam canon. Then rinse it off with clean water. Lastly dry it up with a blower. I’m done washing the car in about 30 minutes without laying a finger on it.
There are some stain or spots that require some rubbing...but I use only microfiber and side to side (not in circles). The car has 14k miles and it still looks flawless.

Again...I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I wanted a black/black convo because I think it’s elegant...especially with the chrome accents throughout the car. Ceramic coating...I know it’s not for everyone but it is an option if you like black cars and want to invest on it looking clean without swirls or water spots.

Im going to cermic coat it in few weeks. Just waiting for my detailing company to release new version. Hoping that minimizes the micro swirls. I do use foam canon too. Works
