Starter

Brought my 2009 tsx to a shop for a starter they called me and said they changed the starter and now it won’t start and is making a bad noise when cranking it it was running fine with no noise just needed a starter anybody has an idea what could be wrong with it

Shop should solve the problem. Hold their feet to the fire. Possibilities are starter, starter connections, starter wires (+ & -). All of which the shop should have immediately checked.
