Broken molding on passenger side windshield

Hello all,
I've had my 2009 TSX for just over a month now. From the day I drove it home from the dealer, the body color molding on around the windshield has 2 broken clips on the passenger side. I've had to tape it down (which looks pretty ridiculous on a +$30k car ) just so it won't fly off or damage another part of the car. I've had it to the dealer (not the one I bought it from) and I have a case open with Acura corporate. Both are telling me there is no fix for this yet.

Does anyone else have this issue? I was told it's common on the 09 TSX. And if you do have the problem, has Acura done anything for you? At this point, I want to just take the car to the dealer and throw them the keys because I don't feel like I should have to be taping parts on to my car. I traded in an 06 Accord that was flawless in the 3 years I had it and thought I was moving up to an Acura.

Any help is appreciated,
David

Hey, looks like its your first time to this forum. If you search "molding" there is a long thread about this (rule of thumb is always use search). Some people have even taped it on while waiting for dealer to fix it.

Some people have taken it back to the dealer to have it re-glued on.

Here is the thread

Thanks for the link. I had searched for molding last night and only saw a brief mention of this....not sure how I missed such a long thread.
