Tighten Gas Cap?
1) Tighten Gas Cap (I know, but you gotta check...five clicks is what you want to hear).
2) Wait for about 10-15 start/stop cycles.
3) Message should disappear, if not, visit dealer. Assuming you do, it should be covered under the emissions system warranty, which is above and beyond the 5 year/100,000km warranty.

Overfilling it will light the light, and it will eventually go away. I had it come on once right after I got my 1G. It did happen right before my first service was due, so I told them about it when I took it in. They did an evap system check and everything checked out okay. After reading a few other threads in the 1G section I thought to look at the gasket in the fuel cap before and after I took it in. Sure enough, they changed it out. Its a different color now. And they didn't charge me anything for it.
Mine light came on yesterday morning as well so I took it to my acura dealer who had to reset it thru a diagnosis machine. Mine advisor said that there is a possible air in the gas tank and it normally will go away in less than 100 miles (filling up normally will push the air out) but since i was still under the warranty I was good, if not then bye bye $150 plus I got a wash and vaccum as a courtesy
