Removing Logos

I want to remove the Acura & TSX logo's. How can I do this? I want to avoid from bringing the car into the shop. Is there any way I can do it myself?

very easy, sir.

you'll need a couple of things.
1. either warm water or a hair dryer
2. either fishing line or floss
3. elbow grease.
4. goo gone
5. time.

once you gather all these, you can start.
1. warm up the glue underneath "TSX" and "Acura" by running warm water over the emblems or using the hair dryer.
2. use the fishing line or floss to kinda saw off the plastic emblems.
3. once plastic emblems are off, there will be residue left behind.
4. this is where the goo gone, your muscles and time come into play. rub a dub dub until its all gone

Just remember the "A" has two pins behind it. if you remove that you'll have two ugly holes.

haha BG represent! I went to SHS dude. Man, you're a lucky kid rolling around in a new TSX at only 19 yrs old. Then again, I'm sure plenty of your peers are rolling around in Bimmers, etc. in that part of town.

If you don't want to use a hair dryer/hot water/etc., you can leave your car parked in direct sunlight during a hot summer day...after a couple hours, you can go up to the car and literally rip the letters directly off.

If you can still see the outline of the letters after the Goo Gone, hit the area with a clay bar and some wax.

Be liberal with the heat. The residue is hard to remove if cold and using elbow grease will put fine scratches in the paint.

My 2.5TL emblem fell off a few months ago and i re attached it. It fell off a couple of days ago. I have no Idea where it went. So i can just take goo gone or goo off and get that residue left off without ruining the paint?
