Dude don't listen to those people, leave the fog lights alone. They make a beautiful contrast on the front.

I like the way it looks..its just the fitment defcon, that is getting to me. fitment on the 4thgen TL looks much better than it does on our CU2, or maybe it was just the way you did it. I like the look though, i really do. Just the fitment is awful. Even from afar you can see all the gaps and uneveness

blah the gaps dont bug me at all. actually if you look at the MDX pics they also have gaps in the grill.

im going to put another layer of rubber foam sealer for the hood gap and see how it looks.

here's the difference:

1) he put in about 100 man hours to do this
2) had the proper tools accessible to work with plastic/bondo
3) 4G TL has a thicker outerframe which he integrated to make up for the side gaps.
4) he had more time to work with the fabricating the upper plastic to eliminate the hood gap.

it was quick and dirty. i only put in less than 8 hours and all i did was use a dremel, zip ties, paint. i didnt not sand anything at all. i couldve used the thin outer frame of the TSX grill but i didnt want to cut it up because i still want to use my OEM grill later on. if im able to put in more time, then i can fabricate a plastic cover.

i dont know. we'll see. im satisified with the way it fits and looks right now.

I appreciate all the hard work that went into this grille, ingenuity, creativity and the craftsmanship in details. All said and done it looks like a huge silver bandage on a botched nose job.

I like it more on the tsx also. partly cuz of the contrast i think. the tl looks okay but it's just so much white/silver.

The grill is cool but...I'd give my middle nut to have clear corners!!! I wish I was brave enough to try it.

So why does everyone paint the grey pieces of the MDX grill? Why not leave them grey and color match the wing bit, might be a good contrast...

Good work for a mere 8 hours, given yours looks passable with 8 hours, imagine what you could do with the 100 hours the TL'er put in.

ive thought about that color scheme but thought it didnt look good

if i didnt have a kid, then i can put in a lot more time in my DIY projects. very difficult to squeeze in time with a 1 year old.

Damn defcon...you're crazy with the guns. Just wondering, what do you do with them? Do you go to a shooting range a lot? The Tar21 was my gun of choice in MW2...haahah

ive only been to the range 3 times. looking to go more often after i finish these up

theyre just fun little plinkers without hurting my wallet.

just firing range only and to build my own real modern warfare collection

im looking at getting this rare airsoft M200 intervention and putting a .22 inside. the real one cost $11,000 this should run me about $400
