Holy shit, the car actually looks pretty good without that godforsaken bucktooth shield beak grill. If I could get the modulo grill, cut out the middle bar with the H on it and then just have a black border...

yes youre right. its not connected to the LS tips because i purposely dont want it to turn black from the heat. i want to keep them nice and clean. theyve added smaller tips to the stock muffer pointing downward so it wont affect the LS tips.

im dropped on Tein S Tech. i believe theyre 1.6" Front and 1.4" Rear

Added carbon fiber. carbon fiber isn't perfect but im satisfied with the look
its just sitting so it's not actually on yet. i still need to add double sided tape, chrome trimming and weather stripping in 2 days.

Good call on the paintmatched grill, looks a ton better. However you installed it improperly. You didn't catch the clips on the bottom part (clips on the grill attach to the bumper). That's why you have a slight gap now between the bottom of your grill and the bumper.

sorry brah but the fogs came out really shitty.

should have kept the stock fogs, put in hid's or led's around them. and used the space next to them to make a brake cooling duct.

what part of the fogs came out shitty?

i didnt like how the stock fogs looked like and i saved money on buying HIDs by positioning the high beams on the bottom.

i wouldnt pay a professional to do it since it wouldve come out to over a $1000 in labor.

i tried and the execution failed. remember a lot of the work on the fog light project was DIY. it was my first time fabricating anything in fiberglass and using a dremel. it was challenging and there were stuff that i learned not to do the next time around. anyways all i can do now is make adjustments and create better brackets in the back to hold the fogs more securely.

also i might tackle on another fiberglass housing later on since this one isnt that great or hopefully the mugen front add on will come so i can use that instead.

moving forward, im still satisified with the overall look.

to each his own right?

I actually like the stock grill paintmatched more than than that Mugen grill. I think it makes the opening way too big and too much like a Cadilac.

I think they are pointed too high. You will blind all drivers. You were making cheap mods and completly ruined the look of your car but now its even dangerous at night to other drivers.

CU2MIKE:

- YES for tips - they look awesome, NO! for the thing that they are not connected to exhaust
- NO! for m3 spoiler - to short
- NO! for different rims on each side
- YES! for red tail lights
- YES! for painted grill but NO! for colour
- NO! for chrome trims
- NO! for foglights mod
- YES! for windows chrome trims blackout
- YES! for rear window spoiler

So we are going 50/50... too bad that one wrong detail can ruin ten good mods. Owner is posting here so we can all say our opinions. Thats what im doing. You are also welcome in my thread. We are not here to hug each other, are we?

they're just cheap experiments that i was doing until some aftermarket parts show up here in the US. easily can be fixed or adjusted

ive taking some of the opinions into consideration

ive removed the chrome trims from the fog lights and tail lights
m3 spoiler stays. i like the look even if its short
im buying 19" BBS LM replicas (mesh) all one set of course
im repainting the grill in the future at a better body shop. upper grill will be wrapped in carbon fiber
foglights stays. i just need to adjust them.

ill take new pics when i get my new set of rims installed.

wow, i love the exhaust tips! Looks very very awesome - perhaps one of my favourite mods to the CU2 so far!

Hmm i dont think that mugen grill on those russian cars are real. Looks like the Honda CU2 grill with the centre stuff taken out and mesh chucked in with a mugen badge slapped on.

The real mugen grill is a bit different, its kind of similar to the Acura grill. Here's a pic of mine in link form:
