to be honest, none of them go with the color of your car.

what color is your wheels?

if it were me, I'd wrap it in the darkest color available....to ya know match with your car

P.S. you DONT WANT TO BE like that G37......

im biased here but id go with the black carbon wrap.

i almost got the glossy grey one but i think the black looks the best on black cars.

are you doing it yourself?

if you are, prepare for a TON of headaches! lol
it seems so easy but the curves and the change in angle is a BITCH.
i actually had to make 2 cuts in the rear and line it up as best as i could.
its impossible to do it in one single wrap.

be sure you get the real thin and extremely tacky wrap.. there are some out there that are VERY thick and have a hard time sticking to small surface areas like the tips of the decklid.

if you get a area that doesnt want to stay down, use clear nailpolish.

thats what i had to do to get my rounded fwd corners to stay down.

good luck!
i love mine and get compliments on it every time i go anywhere. =D

i did it before i installed it so yea.. it was off.

i bought a cheap-o ebay decklid for like $30 bucks i think so its just primed underneath with a few sprays of adhesion promoter.

i almost went hydro-dip after my first attempt failed miserably but they wanted like $250 bucks to dip it.
may as well get real carbon on it then. lol

im sure theyll take it off to do it.
it would be a pain in the ass to do it on there and imo would risk scratching the car.

how much are they charging you to do it if you dont mind me asking?

kinda curious to what a shop would charge for something like that.

without taking it off, you wont be able to manipulate the vinyl around those curves and bends like BobbyC was talking about

yea.. thats not bad at all.
i would have gladly paid $60 bucks to get mine done.
i prob spent that in vinyl alone from 3 tries.

put a coat of some sealant on it when you get it. i used blackfire. spray sealant.
made it shiny and beads water pretty good.

tape it up completely when you polish or carnuba wax though.
that shit doesnt come out for some reason.

had to wrap it a 3rd time bc i got compound on it.

hahaha i want to..

maybe a project for next summer.
ive spent entirely too much money recently (not car related).
cant justify spending a few hundred on "stickers" as my wife calls them.

they did a amazing job!

holy crap.

mine looks like crap compared to that and i think its pretty good!
