if you just recently had your subscription renewed, you can call and tell them you received a flyer in the mail for the 5 months for $20. i told them i wanted to cancel and then sign up again with the 5 for $20 and they told me they would just refund my credit card for the difference so i was getting the 5 for $20 and didn't have to cancel and re-subscribe.

also, they did an automatic renewal of my subscription at full price after the 5 months, which i didn't notice until i got my credit card statement. i called immediately, told them i got another flyer for 5 for $20, and AGAIN, they refunded my account and honored the 5 for $20.

go get your money back!!!

I got a call couple of days ago, a lady introduced her from XM and told me that my XM trial was expired and tried to get me onto it. I said "no ma'am, I don't think I need it now, thanks", immediately she raised her voice "why? why don't you need it?"
Tsk....tsk....tsk.....

Nope u need to get xm traffic to make it work. It's like an additional 4 bucks with a valid xm subscription or something like that. My three trial is over, and i really want to re subscribe especially for the traffic, cause it has save him hours of my life since i commute 100 miles daily on the 91 in calif. lol Anyone have advice on a sweet XM deal with traffic?
