No audio '09 Tech

So after a week after the dealer replaced my battery, I have no sound. The system, Navi included, is working, everything lights up and appears to be playing, but no sound from any of the speakers. Here's what I have done to troubleshoot:

Fuses:

Tested #15 under the hood, #18 on Driver's and #15 on passengers (amp). The manual doesn't label these very well, but I know that the amp fuse is correct as that one is labeled in the manual, under the hood was correct as after I pulled it, I had to enter in radio/Navi codes. Just not sure about #18 on Drivers.

Battery:

Disconnected the cables, entered codes, no sound.

Called the Dealer:

Asked me if the vehicle had a mute button. Really?

Navi:

Popped the disc out for Ha Has. Read on another forum that a bad disc could cause problems.

Anyone have any thoughts? Is there something simple I am overlooking?

Thanks!

Do the radio, bluetooth audio, or USB audio work? Can you hear phone calls?

If only the nav system, there is a menu to adjust the volume of the navigation prompts.

Visit the dealer Bunk

Everything works, just no sound from the speakers.

So you're saying sounds comes out the radio (FM/USB/XM)?

Do you get the beep or "say a command" when you hit the talk button?

If so I think the volume in the nav is turned down.

No. No sound coming from anything. No beeps from the bluetooth. Everything appears functional, just no sound whatsover.

Update: realized that my seat memory is not working as well. Checked that fuse and replaced it even though it's good and it doesn't work along with the sound. Looks like it's off to the Dealer I go

I read in another thread that the stock amp is behind the carpet trim on the right side of the trunk. I pulled away some of the trim to have a peak, but didn't see it. Is that the correct location?

Oddly enough, the sound just came back on out of nowhere. The seat memory is still out, but I wonder if there is short or something. I will see what the dealer says.
