Remote starter app for iPhone

Hey guys,

Do you guys know of any good remote starters that can also be used with the iPhone. I like the idea of starting and unlocking my car from my iphone, because I do not want to carry around another key fob on my keys. I would also like to keep the factory alarm system intact. Any idea of any remotes that can do this.

Thanks

Your two options are Viper Smart Start or Compustar's Drone Mobile. I would recommend the Compustar unit as their products have a reputation of being more reliable than DEIs (Viper). Viper unit is cheaper though.

had the same exact question as djhtsx. would you be so kind as to tell me what component parts I would need for Compustar and/or Viper, I wouldn't even know where to begin. Never even heard of compustar.

I live in a mid-rise in chicago. my car is parked in a 4 story parking garage on floor two. would something like this work for my application?

if i was you i would go to a local alarm dealer and tell them what your looking for. The reason im telling you to go to a local alarm dealer is, because these 2 name brands have different functions one of them can give u less function and cost more, while thee other cost less and has a alarm integrated including an external battery

We prefer Viper Smartstart but Compustar Drone is just as good - the plan is a little different but these are best ones out
