Which fuse to wire Philips DRL's

Guys I have searched but could not find the specific answer to my dilemma. I have the Philips 5 DRL's. They are on the car and look great. The issue is they are wired to the parking light and turn OFF at night as designed when the headlights come on.
I want them to STAY ON during day AND night for effect.
What fuse should I wire it into that is hot once the car is turned on?
Is the power window fuse hot..or rear defrost...or radio...what do you suggest I tap into?

can I do that?

Pyrodave...can I really do that on HID's? I mean I know you said that jokingly...but why can't I do that? I read somewhere one should never mess with the HID wiring because they draw so much amperage to operate or something like that?

I'm not really a fan of LED strips on cars that didn't come with them stock. Even stock LEDs on some newer cars are starting to look pretty cheesy...

I did something similar to this for tapping into "accessory" power in the engine bay to power a relay for HID DRLs.
