Anyone else having trouble with Nav Traffic and Weather?
Last Thursday I got into the car and noticed that the Nav Traffic was not displaying, and under weather forecast it said "data not available". I didn't think much of it at the time since I've seen brief outages before, but after a few days I decided to try sending a radio refresh. That didn't work so today I called SiriusXM and they tried a couple of things, but no luck. The rep did admit that they have been having issues with the data feed and other Acuras, and when I asked when the issues started he said May 9th which just happens to be last Thursday. He said they are sending an amplified signal and I should check throughout the day, and if there's no change call back tomorrow. They are crediting my account for the outage.

I noticed the same issue last Friday. Wasted time sending activation signal a few times and talked to customer care. I finally get to the technical specialist today and was told that the XM backend had issue with sending data to Acura vehicles. They said they would call me when the problem was fixed. They didn't offer me any credit.

I'm in L.A. too, and while I don't commute daily on the freeway I agree nav traffic is a must!
Same problem -- no NavTraffic since last Thursday (5/9). After several calls, I was finally escalated to "advanced tech support". There they admitted that they had been making changes to their frequencies or something and this has caused data services to Acuras to fail. They insist that this is only happening on Acuras (which is surprising not only because I doubt there is much unique about the navigation system / satellite radio in Acura's, but I also suspect that the technology would be shared with Hondas).
On Monday 5/13, I called again and they said problem was understood and would be fixed in 24 hours. I asked about a credit and they applied $3.50 to my account.
Called again today (5/15) and again after having to beg to get to advanced technical support (as front line insisted everything was fixed and initially refused to transfer me to tech support), tech support said they were still having problems on some TL's. I told them I had a TSX. They seemed surprised as they thought the problem was only on TL's. They knew they had a problem, but didn't have ETA. He even said it might required a software patch from Acura.
I told them that they should be sending daily emails to all Acura subscribers, but he said that they didn't have a list. I reminded him that they knew what car I had and had my email.
Technical problems happen, but they have horrible technical support too. Their first line people know nothing. They just want to keep you on the line and send re-activation signals. They also insist that I break the law. I call when driving (of course) on bluetooth (required by law in California). They tell me to switch off of bluetooth and turn on XM radio. They seem surprised when I refuse to break the law.

I found a workaround for this issue. I have XM traffic and weather subscription but no radio subscription. If the XM radio is set at channel 1 when I turn on my engine, I will get XM traffic data. However, there is still no XM weather data.
I noticed traffic wasn't displaying for the last two days. They sent a radio refresh that didn't work. Got transferred to someone that immediately opened a ticket and told me it is a known issue. They will get back to me in 3-5 days. Woman said it is a problem on their side and is affecting Acura vehicles.
Got a message under "Quick Tips" on Friday saying traffic service was interrupted due to a software problem and would resume Sunday May 19th. Sure enough, mine came back on today...both traffic and weather. I'm not sure what kinda voodoo they worked on my account, but I know my next payment was scheduled for early June and now I am paid up until the middle of August. Looks like my service (radio, traffic and weather) got extended about 2 1/2 months for free. Not bad, I'm happy!
