Hey everyone. I have a 2011 Sportswagon non tech that I’m putting an aftermarket HU in. I have searched everywhere and in the forums and can’t find this problem specifically or a solution, but definitely could have missed it.

This past weekend I installed a new JVC HU and PAC SWI CP2 steering wheel control module. The CarPlay works great and I got the swc finally dialed in. However ever since install I lost climate control display in my upper screen. I can still control it but I don’t have a read out in the secondary upper screen like original.

I don’t have a tech package and everywhere I read said it was plug and play and I can’t find anyone with the same issue. I checked fuse 6 into the kick panel, but every other thing on the circuit still works. Does anyone have any idea why I lost climate readout on the upper screen when I replaced the Hu?

 

check your install, you probably accidentally unplugged or loosened a cable.
