I've been to the dealership 6 times for the issue. So far I've had PCM software update and the nav unit (located in the trunk) replaced, neither of which solved the problem.

Any advice?

I'd open up a case with Acura Client relations.

Had a quick back and forth with Acura Client Relations and they assigned me a case manager. I should hear back from them early this week.

Someone from Acura contacted me today and said they were looking into the service I received from the dealer, and that I should expect another call later in the week.

Glad to hear, let's hope it gets resolved for you in a timely manner. I'm wondering if your whole CANBUS might need to be removed/replaced.
