I'm @ 116,000 miles on mine.
Thought about changing it back when it had 100K but the temp seems cool enough (also winter time) All I ever did was flush and filled the coolant.
You guys think I should change it now regardless, or wait a couple more miles later?

Had a 2004. Never changed them or my coolant. Regular oil and transmission fluid changes and made it to 250k before I traded it in to the dealership.

...wife's 03 accord with 195k is still on the originals...so unless they are leaking, cracking or swelling and about to burst, I don't see a reason to mess with them.

My 1993 Accord had 364,000 miles on it when I sold it with the original hoses, would be a waste of time and money to change those. Water pump, only if leaking since you won't be changing it with any timing belt since we don't have one (assuming you have an I4)

I just clocked 130 on my 06. I'm changing the timing belt water pump and tensioners this week. Last time I waited to do that on a car I bent a piston. I was driving when it happened with no indication.

If it's easy to get to why not, generally when timing belts get changed it's been somewhat of an industry standard to change the thermostat and water pump. Looks like you live in Cali and the dry air tends to age rubber a bit faster. So if it's easy do it, or if you have a pretty watchful eye on your gauges, then don't worry about it.
