Poll: Do you rust proof your TSX ???
Most manufacturers - including Honda/Acura discourage aftermarket rustproofing as;
1. it actually promotes rust as it captures moisture and often blocks drains
2. not necessary because of the advances in manufacturer rustproofing techniques.
The need for aftermerket rustproofing went away with fully galvanized body panels and manufacturing techniques that coat hollow spaces prior to moisture entering.
Evidence of aftermarket rustproofing may well void your manufacturer's rust-through warranty.
Most warranty books (MB, BMW, VW, Toyota) specifically warn against aftermarket rustproofing but Acura leaves us with a generic disclaimer that they will not cover "Any failure caused by modifying the vehicle, or by installing accessories not authorized by Acura."
Of course many dealers will try to sell you aftermarket rustproofing as it is virtually free money. It costs them $20 to apply and they can sell it for $500 plus.
Invest that $500 in frequent underbody carwashes (from a completely touchless carwash) and you'll have a rust free and clean car year round.

I went through a touchless carwash this winter. Chose the under-body wash option as well. Came out with a paint chip on one of my doors which is now beginning to rust. Seems like you can't win in this country
How did you end up with a paint chip from a touchless wash?
Whenever I wash the Mazda3 or TSX after winter I try to get a bit of the under body, I don't know if it works but that's what I do. I need some other type of way of cleaning the under body (I just used some water thats pressurized), maybe a lift or something haha.
