Strange issue with my wife's 2011 TSX. It left her stranded and was basically in limp mode with TSA, Emissions, Transmission, ABS lights all going crazy and a bad misfire. I figured out it just had a bad coil, put a new coil in it and now it runs great except it still has "Check Emissions System", "Check Brake System", "Check Transmission", "Check TSA System" warnings and the ABS light on. I cleared the engine misfire codes with a scanner and also unhooked the battery for a couple hours but the lights/warnings remain. (Check engine light went out) Any ideas? Anybody else run into this issue? I don't know how a bad coil would have caused all of this.
