Locking the doors.

The owners manual says there is a programmable feature that allows an audible beep when locking the doors with the remote. I have mine enabled, but hear no beep. Idealy I would like the horn to chrip, but any sound would be nice, as I cannot always see the lights flash. Anybody else have this feature enabled and are getting a sound?

Nope. Tried the double push of the lock button. No noise. No beep heard when locking the car from the inside, ans besides that would make no sense.

Give it a second between the 1st & 2nd push & you should hear it as a default setting for the keyless entry. It's so faint if there's any background noise, I can't hear mine.

Did y'all notice on the TSX commercial "Connected" when dude unlocks the doors it gives a significantly louder "chirp chirp"? I wonder if in the quick reference guide there's a way to turn up the volume on the stock setting?

You can barely hear it most times. You have to be right next to the car in a quiet place to hear it. If after pushing the lock button twice while standing right next to the car you still don't hear it, then you have a malfunction and should bring it to the dealer. I wish there was a way to tun up the volume fo that confirmation beep to a hearavel volume. You would think with the mirad other settings they have, they would have inlcuded that one.
