AWD on the TSX wagon?

Has anyone heard any word on whether or not the TSX wagon will receive the SH-AWD treatment from Acura anytime soon?
I love wagons (my first car was an '04 Outback H6), and I'd consider getting a TSX wagon after college, if it had AWD. FWD is all good and well (I own an '08 TL now hahaha), but I prefer the handling characteristics of an AWD car over those of an FWD car. Plus, AWD just makes more sense on a wagon.
I begin college later this year, so I wouldn't be getting this car until about 2016, but I should start saving from now hahaha.

I believe in AWD in some situations, I like the feel of it.

The TSX doesn't really need it. Besides, the gas mileage benefit is well worth it IMO.

I agree that the weight would diminish the fuel economy. Plus it would be better pared with the V6 and a 7-speed gearbox. But then you'd be heading into much bigger MSRP territory and I'm sure that's not Honda's idea of a competitively priced wagon. Although a diesel would be nice here, like with the Euro Honda Tourer.

That said, I'd get a TSX wagon with AWD and a V6 (or a diesel with the torque) and better transmission in a heartbeat!! But I think people like me are too rare in the bigger scheme of things and the cost of mfg and DOT approval, etc., is just too much for Honda to expect a profitable return.

Gosha, ftw.

The Swedes are the same way, too. Lots of experimental mods that take some balls to do, but they do it. Probably has partly something to do with the vodka and the weather.

Not so much replacing, as it is a blending of flavors. A mixing of hues, colors, space and time. Whirling all together into one massive sensory overload grey blob. What once was a sunset of transcending ideas, is now just a large mass conceived by some of the greatest minds in engineering history. Some may say it is revolutionary. Others will say it is a complete failure. There is only one thing we will know for sure; and thats that we will never ever know for sure.
