222 miles, says I have 88 miles left. 310 miles total, 18.5 gallon fuel capacity, 310/18.5 = 16.75 mpg.

If I'm getting 20mpg with 18.5 gallons, I should do 370 miles. I've done 222 now, so I should have 148 mi of range left, but it says I have 88.

think of it as an instantaneous meter.
as you drive more; the gas tank goes down.

and probably not a good indicator for MPG.
just an estimate or a range of miles to empty.

Range:
1. the area of variation between upper and lower limits on a particular scale.

I'm pretty sure the range is giving you a lower number so you fill up earlier and not get left stranded with an empty tank.

A train is leaving from Chicago at 2PM traveling southwest at 42 mph. If the conductor decides to eat a sandwich 32 minutes into the trip how much will it offset your mpg?

None because the weight of the sandwich in the bag is the same as the weight of the sandwich in the conductors stomach! Also 42.

What's the appeal of the broken wheel/super camber/tilted wheel look? Looks so retarded to me.

okay, so its not instantaneous.

but rather, changes with your driving habits.
get back on the freeway at 50mph, and i bet the gauge will go up!

It does. It might go by your average mpg and just multiply that by miles.

Mo freeway mo miles!

I don't like it either. But the idea is, people want to put super wide and low offset wheels on their cars. Since it won't fit (assume lowered), more negative camber is required to fit them.

Why super wide/low-offset wheels? Concavity makes most sense... but I'm thinking it's also for bragging rights.

A: "Yo I'm tucking on a 12" wide wheel!"
B: "SHIT BRUHHH, I can only do 11! HOW?!"
A: "I took my fenders/quarters off altogether! #diy"
B: "THAT'S SUCK BRUH!"

Just use the standard URL tag iCrap. Pretty cool that this old ass looking style forum has some sort of integration with IG.

edit: Try removing the modal param at the end

I think a little tiny bit of negative camber looks good + is functional for high speed turns, but the excessive camber looks sofa king we todd did.

Oh my god.. I almost had a seizure. The way you started that sentence sounded like the beginning of a calculus "Instantaneous rate of change" question. I hated those problems.

I did not enjoy that portion, nor sequence and series, nor multi-variable calculus with polar coordinates, nor ODE/PDE, nor inhomogeneous first-order nonlinear DE's, nor Laplace transforms.

I do still like to add/subtract and calculate my tips

I did the research after my last DE final. Once you have passed that class you are within 1% of the world population that understands that level of mathematics.

It's kinda cool

Applied Calc is like the "essential" portions of Calculus 1. They skip all the theorems and excruciating methods for calculating things and give you the methods that work 95% of the time.

Sometimes I have trouble looking out of the rear window at night, but I've left my laptop sitting on the back seat a few times. Didn't get stolen since can't see shit through the windows cuz of dark af tint + black seats + black laptop.

I'm so paranoid leaving my bag in my car, even with the tint. When my bag is loaded up with my laptop as well as camera gear its worth more than half the value of the car
I sometimes have trouble as well seeing at night. But i only have 35%, what are yours?

nonlinear DEs were tough. Laplace were alright after you got the hang of doing the work . Sequence and series... just like spotting patterns, like with most calculus proof-related questions lol. MV calc was ez imo, polar or cartesian. Calc 1 epsilon and delta proofs (limit proofs) were tough. You look at an example and you're like... how the fuck did they come up with that?!

edit:
I mean, obviously I don't remember how to do any of these at the moment LOL. Killed it at the time though

Damn, what all do you have that the stuffs worth half as much as the car? I have 5% for the rears and 50% front sides. Apparently my sig stopped showing/working.

lol I was good at dynamics/ thermodynamics and steamed rolled my manufacturing class... and that was about it lol everything else was pretty tough the entire time haha. I only ever dropped one class though and that was electrical circuits 1... we had a horrible prof with AVG test scores in the mid 50's... so not acceptable. Took the next semester and made B+

Honestly one of the hardest courses for me was probably vibration analysis and feedback control systems (A lot like Flashpro datalogs lmao)
