the new gen oddy hasnt come out yet.

the new gen Oddy will be using the current gen MDX chassis and under pinnings.
because its all new.
so, we're seeing Honda change it up on us.
we're seeing the opposite of what we usually see.

and it cant be an Acura minivan because there is no market for a $60k minivan.

Two of my Aunt's have pretty new Odys. They both have upgraded like twice in the past 10 years. One has the touring that I took a road trip with last winter. These things are awesome as a rear passenger, but felt like a boat to drive.

Made a road trip to UF yesterday. On the way home a cop was acting like he was pulling someone over in the slow lane and as soon as they moved over to the next lane, getting ready to pull over, the cop shuts his lights and continues forward lol. I've seen a YouTube video of this happening before, but never in person.

The funny part is we got off at the same exit and he went into a Burger King drive through. LOL

I don't think there's that much wrong with the 6spd K24 ILX, other then the mediocre styling. The base version on the other hand...
They keep on marketing the performance aspect of the new ILX, so there better be some type of turbo K24 in there, and more aggressive styling. V6 would be too nose heavy in that size car. Otherwise the Civic Si seems like a better value. Not to mention it looks better.

Being Acura of course, it'll just be the same 2.4l ILX with PAWS, boring styling, DCT and more weight.



That video was also utterly pointless. Is the shape of the taillight really the most exciting thing? Give us a rev or something. Or they said "catch us if you can" and showed the tailight, reffering to the performance aspect of how most people would only see taillights, but then it'd better have a lot more then it does now.

They would have to have the worst marketing agency ever if one of the new ILX's top priorities isn't performance, even though they clearly stated it was like 6545613265465 times. The 2 emails, and all their social updates made it clear that it would be a big priority of the new model.

Hopefully they don't price it too high. The 228i with leather, xenons, heated seats, dimming mirror, etc.. is like $38k and does it in 4.9. With a $1k tune that's like 4.6-4.7.

Oh no wonder... i had quotes as low as $120 but I paid $200 and got the better 3M stuff (blocks more UV) and I can go to any 3M dealer and get it replaced for free.

I hate mustangs but i'll admit that is pretty damn nice.



So my weird whine noise that gets louder is still happening. My friend says it's the same noise his car made before the alternator died... I dunno what to do or look for.
