every time I go to a meet they are always like "lol honda." It's either LS shit, STIs or R35 GTRs. And a few dudes with e39s.
Man I'd love to own an E39 or E60 M5 one day. I know the E39 is more raw and a more timeless style, but I've also grown to really dig the looks of the E60 as well. Not a huge fan of the new M5.
May have mentioned this before... when I was still in high school and working at municipal parking lots, there's this one business man who drove up next to my booth in a red pre-MMC NSX (my dream car). When winter came, he rolls up in his E39 M5. I asked him, "what happened to your NSX?" He responds, "I stored it for the winter, this is my winter beater."
Of course my jaw dropped and this guy instantly became my idol...
Well, fuck.
I just got done swapping out my alternator and the car still makes a high pitched whine. the belt is fine. any ideas what it could be??

I guess i'll replace the idler pulley first since it looks like that's the most common one to go bad (from some googling) and if it still does it... then the tensioner pulley.
I use the Gas Buddy app on my phone and saw Costco and a few other gas stations have a Top Tier logo next to them now. Checked out the site Top Tier Gasoline and basically says these gas stations are supposed to be "premier" since they have more additives. Is this just a sales pitch or is there more to it? I usually go to Sam's to fill up, but I'm gonna start going Costco now because of it. Maybe see if my MPG does improve.
Yeah I've been on slickdeals a few times already. I tried to get that 50" Panasonic today and was going to do the whole Discover price match thing, but the best buy near me wouldn't sell that TV until Black Friday now.
Funny thing is I was telling my dad how a 70" Vizio didn't look bad. He was like "pshh, I always see those being returned at Sam's". Lol
To most people it might look OK but if you actually care about picture quality don't get one. I got a 40 inch vizio last black friday for like $200 doorbuster and it looks like total ass. And all the ones I see on display at like best buy and stuff look like ass as well (even the big 70 inchers).
Won't get anything aside from Sony and Samsung now. Maybe LG
