My bad, I was thinking of how people remove emblems and the adhesive is REALLY stuck and all hardened up. I'm guessing if you leave the 3M tape on for < 24 or even 48 hours, it should be fairly easy to remove without hurting your paint.

From my experience, and this isn't just on super old cars, debadging leaves marks because the adhesive has dried up over time. Removal of this (by many including professionals) include the use of heat gun and polishing the marks out afterwards. I suppose this won't be necessary if you only leave the tape on for a short period of time.

@iCrap

My update: Old PSU still didn't turn on motherboard when connected to only power outlet. Put the insignia PSU back in and hooked everything up, and plugged it back into the UPS (Surge Protector/ backup battery shit) and pressed power, shit powered on and in 10 seconds brought back everything all the programs, and windows I had up the night before.

It's like when my computer hibernated, it couldn't wake itself back up. And now it's powered again.

Hmm ok. When you hit power before and it didn't turn on was it totally dead? No lights, fans, PSU fan spinning up?

Clear your CMOS (Bios) also. My old motherboard used to do strange things like you are describing and it mostly went away after a CMOS reset.

Could also be that cheapy Insignia giving problems.... but it should be OK to use until you get a decent replacement in there. It's possible your 24pin cable was also loose.

I've been in your shoes. I guess figure out a list of things you'd love to make a career out of (i.e., have a passion for), vs. things you're talented/skilled at, and maybe try and find something in between if possible? In all honesty, I went into engineering at first because I had no idea what I really wanted to do; I just knew what I didn't want to do and I enjoyed science/computers/math, so I thought it would be a good fit. I've been graduated/working for a bit over 16 months now, and I guess I could say things turned out alright.

As for boringness and what not, get a new job . It doesn't have to be high paying at this point in your life, just get something that is a little more fulfilling (to you), or perhaps at least something that you might be able to relate to in a possible future career path. It's better to find out what you don't like sooner, rather than later. You might end up saving a few years worth of college time and money in case you picked the wrong profession.

You're still young... make sure you have fun before it gets harder to find time to lol

I use Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner from time to time if they get really grungy, then hit them up with some Collinite 845 or 476.

So I took my car to the stealership to get the "Check VSA System" light checked out and it turns out to be the Lateral Acceleration Sensor. I guess I hit VTEC too much. They're running test on it for now so they put me in a loaner The guy working there thats waiting outside in the service area said my car was nice though lol

Fun fact! 3rd gear tops out a little past 100 in the Vsex

Ugh btw a few days after the 100k Warranty ended I was using my speakers a lot (28-35) and it seems like one of my ELS audio speakers is going bad nothing was happening before.. LOL and it sucks because my Mazda3's speakers are like $32, and this acura's are like 3x the price I think.

The ring is a material thing.

My wife and I got married when we were not doing that well, financially. We have bought houses, and windows, and her new car and all of those things. Those things that come into play day to day are far more important than a stone.

We are told by society to place value on these things.

Love to me, is doing something long after the original feeling has passed, and it becomes a day to day thing.

Today was a weird day. Driving on the highway and something fell off the car in front of me and hit mine (I don't see any damage but i felt it hit hard..), then i saw a little hyundai try to take a highway exit and go straight into a road sign, then later I almost had an accident (it was raining today), then I closed the car door on my fingers.

Overall 1/10.

haha you barely drive your car! I was hoping mine being a 2010 with the ELS audio I could get new speakers before my warranty was over because everyone with way less mileage was getting theirs replaced on 09-10 with warranty... Then I thought maybe I got super lucky and now I think it sucks as soon as I got out of warranty it started going bad. Drove the car later today and it didn't feel the speakers are crapping out. Our 2011 Mazda 3 when it had 40k on it also had the same problem, but it had no warranty at 40k and the speakers today dont have any problems although I bump them a lot. If anything the TSX needs a new battery before winter comes! Haha

holy shit how do you guys bump your shit up to 35?! I'm like partially deaf (my family/friends seem to think so at least), and I RARELY go above 15! you guys are nuts!

Hey Joe, congrats on both the raise and the upcoming nuptials. Hilarious though... SC vs rock. You made me lol. Shouldn't the rock be 3 months' salary?

Man I need a raise... been working so hard these days.. and it's been 16 months since I got hired. Need to flaunt my assertiveness and demand that raise!

lol I only bump 35 with windows down. Windows up, I bump 25 or 30. Idk why, but I like having it set at an "even" number. Not some weird shit like 28 or 31.

In other news, I got another MDX loaner! And surprisingly.... loading my bike in it is more complicated than the TSX...

Actually I've been bumping it pretty loud and now I'm actually kind of dissapointed that it doesn't bump more LOL sounds like too much treb. But I think it's the kind of music I've been listening to. and BTW of course you probably known this but Radio/SiriusXM doesn't really play as loud as USB, Disc, or bluetooth audio.

My girlfriend is the only one for me, she is way smarter than me but she loves shiny things, I know that she doesn't care how much her ring costs as long as it's shiny. LOL

WOW MC you still have that sig???? That was awhile back!

I bought her ring when I was still in college.. before I had a salary hahaha but I still think I gave her exactly what she wanted.

My "raise" was to "stay competitive with engineering salaries" but shhhhhhhh more money is more money haha

speaking as a just married man, no. the rock is "spend what you can and are willing to pay". the 3 month salary is a jewelry industry myth to get you to spend a certain amount. honest jewelers will tell you to ignore that and spend what you can financially afford. it doesn't make sense to spend 3 months salary to not be able to afford anything else right? house, car, vacation, maybe kids stuff (college tuition, clothes, etc) and food.

Map updates lol. Does anyone know if you can delete previous destinations? If I go to my GF's house I would not want anyone to know/know where it is.

I think it's fine, I do it whenever I need more traction in the winter. Older Mercedes had a summer/winter mode and it basically was the car starting out in first gear for summer, and it starting out in second for winter.

why do you need to use your navi to get to your gf's house? you don't know how to get to your place? did she just move? why are you trying to hide your relationship with her? do your parents disapprove? is she a troll?

My parents are muslims and my whole entire family is, they don't know anything nor are they open minded AT ALL and even if we were to ever get married they'd want her to convert... Which is a problem because I'm not into the religion (not like they know that). My parents are pretty crazy.

I met her online 5 years ago on habbo (a virtual world type of site), we spent a lot of time on there and that was obviously when I was like 13. We always liked each other and about two years ago she stopped talking to me and 6 months later said she knew 'I was not who I said I was' (she didn't know me that well compared to now) but she thought I was 21 and some creep. So that night I gave her pics of myself and many days later we cammed and I saw her and her twin and her older sister (who I talk to on fb chat also). Then we started talking on fb chat, and she gave me her phone number and we called/texted and we at times would talk for 5-6 hours a day with no school and she's really smart, talk about a lot of different things. We always wanted to meet eachother but I never had my license nor a car, so us going out about a year later (8/12/2013) I finally got my license around the same time but I had no money. I really tried in the months way before that to get a job with no luck, my cousin hooked me up with a job at little Caesars since he worked there. on 9/20 I finally drove to see her and we spent 2 and half hours together (drive there was 5 hours), it was amazing and I know I'd go twice a month when I can. But her dad if he knew would go crazy and we were close to getting caught but didn't. It's a pretty small town where she lives also, but I can't wait to go again, $90 in gas and I have the TSX this time which should be even smoother than the Mazda3.

It's complicated.. if I work my $8.25 job at little caesars I may be able to work to make $600 a month or so, $90 in gas round trip isn't bad. If my buddy that went to Houston, TX was here he would have just gave me $150 like that, but I feel better knowing that I worked for the money I went to see her with, since it was my first time, there were a lot of expenses.

In other news, I got another MDX loaner! And surprisingly.... loading my bike in it is more complicated than the TSX...

What ze fack? TSX to MDX? Lol

I don't understand how these guys came just come up with this stuff off the top of their head. Crazy.
